Pepa and Kika's house is a respectful accompaniment project for children in contact with art and nature.
My name is María, I am an early childhood educator, with a degree in Fine Arts and I have been dedicated to education since 2001.
The pedagogy that I use is based on the needs of each child.
The main pedagogical current that I follow in the house is Emmi Pikler's methodology, which is based on free movement and quality care.
In conflict resolution, when the age of the children allows it, I use Wilhelm Reich's theories of self-regulation. I also apply the teachings of Rebeca Wild and the environment as the third teacher from Loris Malaguzzi.
I am trained in primitive reflexes and relational psychomotricity, which is why I accompany the game from a conscious perspective and I have tools to accompany and favor the integration of certain natural processes that families can go through.
The environment is essential in Pepa and Kika's house.
The fruit trees, the orchard, the chickens, the sandbox, make the children's play area a perfect place to experiment and learn the rhythms of nature. Slow as the walk of a snail and fleeting as the flutter of a butterfly.
