Moma Nature Montessori is a 0 to 6 preschool based on Montessori pedagogy, but open to all active learning pedagogies that help our children learn and thrive. Montessori and other active learning is based on the fact that each child is a fully formed person with his or her own likes and dislikes and distinct personality who is capable of being the leader of his own learning. We create a safe space so that each child's self-confidence and excitement to explore grow. Respect for each child as an individual during this precious time in their lives is fundamental at our school. Our Montessori guides treat each child as unique, working to inspire their natural curiosity and allowing them to prosper as citizens of the world: independent, inquisitive, cooperative critical-thinkers.
