Amalur is a Montessori educational project that accompanies children and adolescents aged 3 to 16 through the stages of Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education, in a privileged setting surrounded by nature and close to Barcelona.
At Amalur, we believe in the transformative power of a respectful, living education that is deeply connected to the Earth.
Our mission is to create a committed educational community where each person can grow from authenticity, respect, and freedom—developing their academic and personal potential in a prepared, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
✨ What makes Amalur different? ✨
At Amalur, we are committed to offering high-quality education through deep, consistent, and dedicated work.
🌱 We apply Montessori authentically and rigorously.
🌿 Daily contact with nature is not a complement—it’s the heart of our project. We learn from and with the environment.
✏️ Academic development is solid and respectful, with concrete materials, individualized support, and a love for learning.
🗣️ Trilingualism is lived naturally and daily, integrating Catalan, Spanish, and English from a respectful and functional perspective.
👩🏫 Individualized attention is possible thanks to small ratios (1/8 in Children's House, 1/14 in Primary, and 1/15 in Secondary).
🤝 Community is a central pillar, cared for and built by everyone.
💡 Technology is used with educational purpose, never as an end in itself—and not before the age of 10.
📚 The teaching team trains and evolves continuously.
♻ Sustainability and social commitment are part of our daily practice.
Amalur is a living community, where families, children, and the educational team grow together with meaning.
At Amalur, children and young people don't just learn content—they cultivate their being, their connection to life, and their sense of purpose.
If you're looking for a place where education is coherent, respectful, and transformative, this might just be the space you've been waiting for 💚✨
