"La Ginesta" is an education and upbringing space for girls and boys from 16 months to 6 years old located on a rustic property between Cambrils and Vila-Seca.
In this rural environment, surrounded by fields of olive and fruit trees, we have prepared a space made to measure for the little ones, with an interior and exterior area, to favor a respectful accompaniment with their individual rhythms, through free play and autonomous learning.
Experiential and active learning:
We create the conditions so that the little ones can integrate the different elements of their daily life in an environment in contact with nature, rich as well as relaxed, and with different activity spaces.
The rural environment that we have opted for favors an exploratory attitude from the inside out, giving rise to experiential and authentic learning in constant evolution.
Emotional accompaniment:
Knowing how to listen to their needs, being aware of their abilities, as well as their limitations, and being able to welcome the emotions that are manifested every day at “la Ginesta”, allows us to provide adequate support for each child, respecting the essence of their being.
Accept each child as they are, without judgment or labels, with respect and love.
Communication between families and pedagogical team:
A key point in our proposal is the importance of favoring a close and fluid relationship with families in order to accompany this experience and go as closely together as possible and in the same direction.
Fathers and mothers are invited to observe and reflect, offering a space and time to support and enrich the experience of raising children.
