LaMora is an association of families that self-manages the care of their children, addressing the needs of all individuals, both big and small. We understand early childhood learning as an active process, where girls and boys are the protagonists. The daily support provided respects and preserves the individual development of each child within a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate group context. Currently, we are located in a spacious and bright room within Miraflores Park next to the community gardens. It is equipped with materials for both concentration and movement, allowing us to create differentiated spaces for each of these ways of being. We have our own outdoor area and also the opportunity to explore the vast park grounds. This enables us to meet the children's need for contact with nature and to explore all the possibilities that being outdoors offers. The caregivers are dedicated professionals who nurture and uphold respect, autonomy, care, and freedom for each child within the space through their presence and attitude.
