Casa del Bosc is an educational project that welcomes children from 2 to 5 years old.
We believe that through spontaneous play and free movement the child has the opportunity to develop all their capacities both individually and collectively, where the relationship with oneself, with others and with the environment facilitate the most authentic expression of being.
We place children at the center of learning, creating a respectful space with oneself and with the environment. We have full confidence in each of them’s capacities to be autonomous and responsible for their own development and learning process. The freedom of decision and the consequent responsibility are present at all times.
We accompany the children to raise awareness of their needs to be able to express them and thus be able to make their own decisions. We accompany them to solve conflict situations by themselves, expressing what they need and listening to the needs of others in order to make specific demands and organize themselves.
The basis of the Casa del Bosc are mainly promoted in:
- Project based on experientiality, autonomy, self-regulation and responsibility.
- Listening and evaluation of individual and collective needs.
- Living organization as a space for coexistence between adults and children.
- Self-managed project by the Pedagogical Team and the Governing Council, with a high level of involvement by families.
