Jandita Vejer is a pedagogical-cultural association and is located at Vejer (Cádiz), an awesome rural environment very close and connected to the beach of “El Palmar”.
We are a group of families who learn about alternatives ways to develop our lives, building healthy relationship to one another and to the natural environment through sustainable consumption networks, awareness development…
Our organization, which works horizontally (“Sociocracia”), consists of educators and families with different occupations and with similar interests to create an educational space for children.
In our community space we carry out workshops, meetings and talks to enrich relationship with children. Families are responsible for organizational aspects. They have help from of their rewarding network of support, full of constant communication and continuous collaboration.
Moreover, there is a close relationship between professional educators, fathers and mothers. This is thanks to day by day individual and group meetings in our space. Educators are responsible for pedagogical management. They share it with families trying to walk in the same direction, so children can experience the process of learning in a consistent manner.
