Gandara International School was born out of a need to find an alternative model in the area, where children can learn in an active and respectful way.
Over the years we have been consolidating ourselves as a flexible school, soaking in different methodologies and acquiring various skills to adapt to a living, changing school, and above all, to each child, their needs and natural processes. Our main objective is to create a healthy and respectful environment where children can learn through their interests, but at the same time accompanying them to become aware of their processes with self-regulation and commitment.
We believe in experiential learning, where children can access knowledge through their experiences, reflections and conclusions. Our main pedagogical models are: the Montessori method and Active school.
