Andolina School is a nursery and primary school in Gijón where children learn as the true protagonists of their own journey, at their own pace and without pressure.
We are a family cooperative — private, mixed, secular, and non-profit — declared of Social Interest and accredited by the Department of Education of the Principality of Asturias. We offer a solid academic foundation while giving children the real freedom to go beyond it.
Our approach to education draws from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf pedagogy: prepared environments, project-based learning, mixed-age groups, and nature as our main classroom. We don't direct, we accompany.
What guides us every day is that every child feels safe, seen, and respected. That they learn because they are curious, not because they need to tick a box. That when they leave here, they know who they are and what matters to them.
