We are an educational project located in the northwest of the island of La Palma, in a unique natural environment that offers us the possibility to grow and develop in contact with nature and with our human nature. Numerous neuroscience studies have shown the advantages of this in the general development of children, which is why it is a central theme in our daily work.
As far as pedagogy is concerned, we follow an integrative pedagogy, using tools from active education (Montessori approach), free education, education in nature, as well as democratic pedagogy.
Emotional support, non-violent communication, respect for each other, for the environment and for the materials and the expression of each person are the pillars of our daily life.
At the level of decision making and organisation, we are guided by horizontality, commitment and collective work, finding the potential of each member so that each one of us can contribute our grain of sand so that this educational community grows every day.
